The Hangover

Ben works in residential support for dual diagnosis patients (patients with a mental disorder who will have another diagnosis, often of substance abuse). Knowing he has the next couple of days off, Ben has a party at his flat and drinks, not excessively, but enough to be drunk most of the night. The next morning, he is unexpectedly called in to work due to low staff numbers. If he goes in to work, it will be pretty obvious he had been drinking the last night, he is quite hungover, and likely still has alcohol in his system.
