You have been working with him for over a month now and he has only just started opening up and trusting you. In one session he admits to physically abusing his girlfriend once when he lost control and bullying her when he is upset. He says that he does not mean to hurt her and that he really loves her and that she is the only good thing in his life. Later on in the session he shows you a photo of her on his phone. You realise that the girl in the picture is your best friend’s daughter Hayley.
