Real Estate scenario

You are a Real Estate Agent. A woman calls you from out of town to list her deceased parent's home. She is not sure what the house is worth, but says she will be happy to receive $75, 000 for it. You have a look at the home and have a feeling that it is worth at least $100, 000. You then remember you have a sister that is currently looking for a house in that region for a good price as she is struggling to find a house within her budget.
