Privacy of the patient vesus trust on doctor

Lisa, 32 year old women went to see her local GP after having symptoms of urinary tract infection (UTI). The results of the lab test shows gonorrhoea. Lisa’s husband requests the same GP to not discuss having him gonorrhoea with his wife, because he had relationship with the prostitution (Gonorrhoea is sexualy transmitted infection). Doctor did not tell Lisa that she had gonorrhoea. Later, when she found out from the nurse it was gonorrhoea, the GP told the women that her husband might have caught it from a toilet seat and she got it from him.
