You are a Doctor in a hospital.

Five hikers have been suddenly brought in to the emergency ward because they were struck by a runaway train. Miraculously somehow they are not already dead. But each needs a different organ transplant (lungs, liver, heart, kidney and gall bladder) to survive.

Sitting in the waiting room is a seventeen year old boy listening to an ipod.

Existing records show that his blood and organ types are compatible with all the maintenance men.

Do you kill him and harvest his organs for the five hikers?
