Emergence dental case

Rose is a dental therapist working in the green bay dental clinic. It is an early Monday morning 8:30 am when she gets a call from Isaac parent who is a student in the green bay primary school. The female on the phone state that Isaac is in pain and did not sleep all night, and cannot eat anything due to the pain he is in. she request for an early appointment at 10. At the appointment you noticed that Isaac who is 6 has a deep cavity on the 55, and from his radiograph that you took few weeks ago also shows that the decay is all the way to the pulp. A consent form was issued to Isaac few weeks ago which have not been back to the clinic yet. However today when consenting for the treatment the female state that she is the stepmother and that Isaac mother and father have a shared custody. Isaac is with his dad 3 days a week and 3 with his mother. She also tells you that dad just left Auckland today and does not have a contact number he will be back in 2 weeks. Therefore you try getting hold of the mother who is not answering her mobile or home phone.
