Confidentiality

A client at a residential mental health house is becoming unwell but to what extent is unknown as the staff are wanting to see a key behaviour which is a part of his early warning signs. this client while talking to a staff discloses that he has been doing this behaviour which he also knows that this is a sign of becoming unwell. He says to the staff member that he will tell the staff something if he promises not to tell the other staff.
