Breach of Privacy
You are a newly registered Dental Therapist who was recently hired at a private practice. This is your first job as a therapist and you are determined to do well and start off on the right foot with your fellow employees and your bosses. After your first few days, your fellow employees invite you to grab drinks with them and their spouses and some of their friends after work. During the evening, the other employees discuss the clinic's patients in great detail, disclosing their names, medical issues and even personal family issues to the entire group (which includes individuals who do not work at the clinic). You know that this is a major breach of The Privacy Act and that the employees are violating their patients' privacy. You know what they are doing is wrong, but you are uncertain if you should report them to your boss, as you do not want to make any enemies at your new job.
It is proposed that you report the employees who are violating patient's privacy
