You arrive (in a team) and police state the gunman is still on the loose and is yet to be aprehended. In the foyer there is one person shot in the head and DOA. You have been told there are multiple people on the next two levels and could be multiple injuries sustained.
Since being on scene you have heard no shots fired. The team is a lead Doctor, 2 nurses (yourself and one other), and 2 paramedics. Do you go inside to help the 'possible' wounded?
